ju55 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank — may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside ju55's control. For USDT deposits, network gas fees are the responsibility of the depositing Player.
Deposits are credited to your ju55 PKR wallet in real time for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast) and within one business day for bank transfer methods. USDT deposits are credited after a minimum of one blockchain confirmation on the respective network.
Withdrawal requests on the ju55 platform are processed subject to the following conditions:
Standard withdrawal processing times on ju55 are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals settle within 15 minutes of approval; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers complete within one business day; USDT withdrawals are dispatched within 30 minutes of approval and settle subject to blockchain network congestion.

ju55 reserves the right to perform additional security and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks on withdrawal requests, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than historical deposit patterns. Such reviews may extend processing time. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is under review.

Unauthorised use of ju55 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and could constitute a criminal offence.
User-generated content — including any material you submit to ju55 via support chat, feedback forms, or community features — does not become the property of ju55, but you grant ju55 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such content for platform improvement and support purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ju55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
ju55's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total real-money funds held in that Player's ju55 wallet at the time the claim arises, excluding any Bonus Funds.

ju55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:
In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Where a change to these Terms materially affects your rights as a Player, ju55 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account.
